Milma Prime is a pasteurized milk variant that contains 3.0 percent Milk Fat and 8.5 percent Milk Solids Not Fat (SNF). The uniqueness of this milk lies in its homogenization process. Homogenization is a technique used to standardize and evenly disperse milk fat globules, enhancing the texture, visual appeal, and flavor of the milk. This process also prevents the separation of cream on the top layer. Homogenization imparts a whiter color and a more flavorful profile to the milk. When added to tea or coffee, homogenized milk lends a richer appearance; as fat globules do not readily float to the top, there's no requirement to shake the milk before serving. Moreover, the product is fortified with Vitamin A and Vitamin D.
