  • Can I add more than one delivery address? Yes, you can manage multiple delivery addresses in your account settings.

Payment Questions

  • What are the modes of payment? We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and online payments.
  • Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on Hipermart? Absolutely, we use secure payment gateways with SSL encryption to ensure all transactions are secure.

Delivery Information

  • When will I receive my order? Orders placed before 6 PM are delivered the next day. We currently offer next-day delivery and are planning to introduce same-day and express delivery options within 3-5 hours soon.
  • How are the fruits and vegetables packaged? Fresh produce is carefully packaged in dedicated and specialized containers to maintain freshness and quality.
  • Do you deliver in my area? Currently, we deliver in select areas within the Malappuram district, including Malappuram, Manjeri, Perinthalmanna, Kottakkal, and Vengara, with plans to expand.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Can I change my order after placing it? You can modify your order until the cut-off time of 6 PM on the day of order placement.
  • How can I cancel an order? You can cancel your order through the app or by contacting customer service before the order is dispatched.

  • What hours is customer service available? Our customer service is available from 6 AM to 10 PM on all days, including Sundays.

Returns and Refunds

  • What do I do if an item is defective? Contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for a return and refund or replacement.
  • How will I get my money back in case of a cancellation or return? Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment or via UPI/bank transfer for COD.
